Ingredients
Wheat flour/All Purpose flour 1 cup +4 tbsp
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Butter ½ cup +2 tbsp (120 g)
Powdered Sugar (normal sugar/palm sugar) 1 Cup + 3 tbsp
Eggs 3
Orange Marmalade ¼ cup
Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Salt a pinch
Warm milk 1/3 cup
Sieve flour, salt, and baking powder
Cream butter and sugar till fluffy
Method
1.Sieve the wheat flour, salt, baking powder thrice.
2.Cream butter and sugar till lite and fluffy
3.Beat eggs with vanilla to still froth /add beaten eggs to the creamed mixture little at a time
4.Fold in flour / add sufficient milk to bring the mixture to dropping consistency
5.In the cupcake liners add little bit of batter and in the center add the marmalade and then top it up with batter again.
6.Pour the mixture into the muffin cups and bake at 180 degrees for 15- 20 min.
